TERMS OF SERVICE

LAST UPDATED 06/01/2026

  • Upon purchase of a commission, you are agreeing to adhere to the following terms of service.

  • Communication may be conducted in either English or French (supplemented with usage of a translator on my end.)

  • All works should have an expected minimum turnaround time of one month for the sake of quality assurance.

  • Commissions are not first-come first served and are selected as desired to ensure consistent quality of works. The artist reserves the right to reject a commission for any reason, specified or unspecified.

  • Customers are encouraged to provide detailed information regarding their desired commission prior to the artist holding the slot for the customer.

  • Inquiries for commissions may be sent on any of the artist's platforms, but all commission work is to be communicated via Discord or Twitter/X direct messages, with e-mail as a last resort.

  • Commissions falling under the following themes/categories will be automatically rejected:

  • Pornographic or suggestive works, regardless of how inert it may be.

  • Genitalia, sexual or non-sexual.

  • Kink/fetish

  • References to extremist groups in any context

  • Political themes

  • Depictions of children or childlike characters

  • Anything related to pregnancy, babies/toddlers, and diapers.

  • Very saturated/contrasting bright colours (i.e. sparkledogs, glamfurs)

  • "Furry" species (i.e. protogens, dutch angel dragons, taidums)

  • Characters with exaggerated or fetish-specific anatomy.

  • Humans/Humanoid species

  • Any works commissioned may not be issued as NFTs or used as material for training generative AI models.

  • Reference materials generated by AI or using AI tools/elements will be rejected. Alternatively, a detailed description and/or a rough drawing will be accepted at no additional fee.

  • Reference materials featuring nude characters are acceptable, provided the material is not lewd in intent and any genitalia/lewd portions of the material are censored and/or omitted.

  • For optimum results, reference material should be provided in the form of a clear, unshaded image for character works and some information on the character's personality. Supporting material to clarify the intent of the piece is also greatly appreciated.

  • All monetary transactions are to be conducted via PayPal in USD. Additional fees may apply, which will be itemized and communicated directly to the customer prior to payment.

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be provided unless no significant visual updates are provided within three months of the previous update, or if the commission is terminated by the artist. For both cases, a refund will be provided for 100% of the commission's value at purchase.

  • An unpaid commission slot will only be reserved for 24 hours unless discussed prior.

  • Thumbnail sketches may be provided on request. After a thumbnail is selected, large revisions are free of charge until the drawing enters its refining stages for sketches, or colour/shading stages for coloured and pencil shaded pieces. All later changes subject to a charge.

  • Payment plans are not accepted for any transactions valuated under $500 USD. For eligible transactions, the conditions of the plan will be discussed and work will not begin until the balance is completely paid off.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

why was my commission rejected?

Art is first and foremost a hobby for me; and having a full-time career means I have fairly limited time to work on commissions. Therefore, I'm more likely to be selective as to what kind of work I choose to take on, as I do not want to provide subpar work nor terminate commissions due to an inability to complete them to standard. I am not a professional artist and in directing most of my energy to my non-artistic career, it is much easier for me to provide quality works by taking on projects I will enjoy.

I am also canadian, do you take cad?

No. This business is conducted online and the standard for art commissions tends to be either USD or Euro. The purchasing power of CAD is too weak and volatile for me to justify taking commissions in Canadian dollars. Sorry.

When is your next commission opening? Do you have a waitlist?

I am generally open for small projects at all times, but I occasionally announce formal openings on Instagram, Twitter/X, and FurAffinity. If you are unsure of my commission status, feel free to message me on any of my platforms. I do keep a waitlist and can waitlist you for any pre-approved commissions if I happen to be closed for commissions when you inquire.

You call yourself an "anthro artist", does that make you a furry?

I'm unperturbed by the label, but I do not consider my artwork specific to the furry fandom. Additionally not all of my clients are "furries" either, so for all intents and purpose, anthro artist is the most fitting label.
